Talk to us about your roofing leads

Call, text or email. Tell us roughly how many leads you get, how fast you answer them today, and whether storms swamp your phones, and we'll take it from there.

The quickest way to reach Roofing.Chat is a text to (604) 632-4959, the same number you can call. Email works too, at Ali@Sedighi.ca. Those three channels are the quickest way in, and consultations can also be by video call or in person; we practise what we recommend to roofers, which is answering people where they already are.

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Roofing.Chat is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, run from Vancouver, BC, and Ali Sedighi, MBA, reads incoming messages himself. We're a marketing and consulting service, not a roofing contractor, so please don't contact us for a roof repair; call a local roofer instead.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Call, text or email: which to choose

All three reach the same person, so pick whatever suits your day.

  • Call if you want to talk it through and you're at a desk or in the truck between jobs.
  • Text if you're on a site and only have a minute. Send a few lines and we'll reply when we can talk properly.
  • Email if you want to send numbers, such as a lead export or a call log summary.

There's no form to fill in, no booking calendar and no chat box on this site. A message from you starts a normal conversation.

What to include in your first message

A few details let us give a useful answer on the first call rather than the third. You don't need all of them, but the more you send, the more specific we can be.

  1. Your company name and main city or region.
  2. Roughly how many leads you get in a typical month, and how many in your busiest storm week.
  3. How leads reach you: website quote form, phone, ads, directories, referrals.
  4. How fast you usually reply today. An honest guess is fine.
  5. Your average job value for repairs and replacements, if you're comfortable sharing it.
  6. Who answers: the owner, an office person, estimators, or whoever is free.
  7. Your texting setup now, if any.

A text might look like this, with your details filled in:

Hi Ali, I run [Business name], a roofing company in [City]. We get about [number] leads a month and fall behind after storms. Interested in instant text replies. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

After you reach out, the process is short and predictable.

  1. We reply and set a time. Usually within one business day, by whichever channel you used.
  2. A 30-minute consultation. We go through your lead sources, response times and storm patterns, and do a quick estimate of what slow replies cost you. It's free for eligible trades businesses.
  3. A straight recommendation. That might be one service, a plan, or a suggestion you handle it yourself with a few changes. If texting won't help you, we'll say so.

If you decide to go ahead, setup usually starts with instant text reply, and storm mode follows before your next weather season.

Questions about working with us

Do I need to prepare anything technical? No. Bring your numbers; we'll handle the questions about tools and lead sources.

Can we work together if I'm in Newfoundland or Nunavut? Yes. We meet by video call or in person and work by phone, text, email and screen-sharing, so we work with roofers in every province and territory. See the areas page.

Will you contact me with promotions afterwards? No. We reply to people who contact us and don't add anyone to marketing lists.

What if I'm not ready yet? That's fine. Read the guides first; they're written so you can improve lead response yourself.

Do you charge for the first call? No. Pricing for ongoing work is on the pricing page, and you'll never be billed for a consultation you didn't agree to pay for.

Before you get in touch

If you have ten spare minutes, try this: text your own business from a friend's phone, pretending to be a homeowner with a leak. Time how long it takes to get a reply, and read what that reply says. Whatever you find, it's a more useful starting point for our conversation than any guess.

Other answers live in the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Texts and emails that arrive outside those hours are read the next business day.

How fast will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day, often sooner for texts sent during business hours.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes, and many roofers prefer it because they can send a message between jobs. One line is enough to get started. Text the same number, (604) 632-4959.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first 30 minutes cost an eligible roofing company nothing, and you're under no obligation afterwards.
